In response to the changing work culture after COVID-19, this co-working space was designed to offer flexibility, safety, and a strong sense of community. The facility supports various work modes — from focused individual tasks to collaborative sessions and formal meetings — while also incorporating social and recreational areas to encourage balance and well-being.

The project was coordinated by the Civil Engineering Department of the  Govt.Polytechnic College, Perinthalmanna with structural consultancy provided by  lecturer, Sajeev P.S. and  Sreejith from the department. Architectural design and consultancy was delivered by Dimensiq designs, creating a versatile and engaging environment for both local users and visiting professionals.  

The design, inspired by a gesture of care, features two embracing arcs that form a central landscaped courtyard—serving as both a social and environmental core that enhances openness, light, and ventilation. Spatially zoned around this courtyard, the building accommodates diverse work modes, integrated support services, and culminates in a rooftop restaurant and recreation zone that fosters informal interaction and community
